| ReturnsFREE return shipping with BabyBeat! All fetal heartbeat monitors shipped within the 48 contiguous United States include an airbill for return of the Doppler monitor - at no cost to the customer!
1. You must use the enclosed EZ Return label to ship the unit back to BabyBeat. Fetal doppler monitors shipped using an unauthorized airbill will be billed to the customer's card on file.
2. Please keep all doppler packaging including the inner white box for the return of the Doppler. If your unit arrives in an outer DHL box, you may discard this box.
3. When you are ready to return the fetal doppler unit, contact BabyBeat before your billing date at returns@babybeat.com or call Toll Free 1-888-758-8822.
- We will then hold the rental fee for 7 days past the bill date.
4. Complete the EZ Return Form provided with the unit.
- FROM SECTION: Fill out your name and address.
- Where it says Ref# please put your customer number.
- The back of the label is self-adhesive, please peel backer off and apply to the box being shipped.
- Please keep the bottom tab with tracking number for your records. You can track the package at DHL-USA.com or call 1-800-CALL-DHL (1-800-225-5345) to verify return of the unit.
5. Call DHL at 1-800-CALL-DHL to schedule a pick up or locate your nearest drop box.
- Call before noon on the day you would like the package picked up.
- Press "0" to speak directly with a customer service representative. Do not try to use the automated system to schedule the pick up.
- DO NOT Schedule a Saturday pick up. DHL charges between $10 and $45 pick up fee for Saturday, and this will be charged to the credit card on file with BabyBeat.
6. You MUST tape the package securely. DHL will not tape the package closed for you. If the package arrives without the unit, you are responsible for the full purchase price of the unit.
